Dynax has independently developed and established a complete system of GaN RF chip technology, including epitaxial growth, chip design, wafer manufacturing, packaging test and reliability technology. By January 2024, the company has 529 GaN-related patents at home and abroad (135 overseas invention patents), with over 2,000 process menu items cumulatively. The company has invested in and operated the first factory in Kunshan for years, with its designed capacity of 25,000 4-inch GaN wafers per year. Dynax has built an advanced gallium nitride chip production line in Kunshan National High-tech Zone, with a total investment of over 2 billion yuan, more than 600 sets (sets) of various professional process equipment, over 3,000 square meters of clean workshop and 8,000 square meters of R&D center. The company has the full-process large-scale manufacturing capacity from crystal epitaxial growth, chip design, wafer manufacturing, packaging and reliability testing, with a designed production capacity of 25,000 4-inch GaN wafers per year.
The core team consists of 7 overseas returnees, all of whom are experts in the industry.
