Job Responsibilities:
1. Review the preliminary design of products from the perspective of manufacturability and producibility before A Gate of product development;
2. Participate in the review of tube amplifier product design process (DIE Attachment, Wire Bonding, and other process steps) to meet the mass production requirements;
3. Participate in the Review of the DOE Plan of the amplifier product design, lead the analysis of DOE data, and provide Action Suggestion for subsequent DOE analysis;
4. Participate in the introduction of Review amplifier test platform, including the formulation of test introduction standards, Original Test Spec, and Initial Test Spec development;
5. Lead the analysis of test data in Trial Run stage and participate in the development of reasonable Final Test Spec from A Gate to V Gate stage of product development to ensure the yield of subsequent mass production;
6. Lead the analysis of each lot data in the E Lot test stage, obtain statistical analysis results, and provide suggestions on how to handle the E Lot in the test line;
7. Be responsible for collecting various process and test data during the Trial Run stage after the product Trial Run and prepare a comprehensive Trial Run Report;
8. Participate in the review of reasonable Final Test Spec formulation;
9. Lead the investigation of various product anomalies during the Trial Run stage;
10. Participate in reviewing the whole process control plan for product production;
11. Conduct continuous monitoring of product production yield, analyze yield data, set yield goals and measures for continuous improvement in product development through the V Gate into the M Lot production stage;
12. Lead the handling of low yield cases in the mass production process of production line;
13. Lead the handling of customer complaint cases regarding quality in the product problem investigation stage.
Position Requirements:
1. Master’s degree, majoring in semiconductor, physics, microelectronics, electronics, mechanical electronics, and other related fields.
2. Familiar with packaging process.
3. Good logical analysis, learning, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the routine maintenance, update and evaluation of the Keysight ADS platform-based design kit (PDK);
2. Be responsible for writing model codes and importing into the design kit (PDK);
