    Dynax has promulgated the Employee Code of Conduct, which stipulates the responsibilities and obligations of employees and specifies misconducts such as commercial bribery, corruption, abusing power for personal gains, and other risks expressly. Through training, examinations, and the signing of commitment documents, employee compliance with the requirements of the code is ensured.

    Supplier and Partner Compliance Management

    Dynax requires upstream and downstream suppliers and partners to operate in compliance and observe the corporate social code of conduct and integrity link commitments. We also put forward compliance requirements for suppliers, conduct due diligence, and suspend cooperation with non-compliant and dishonest suppliers and partners.
